Cris Feldens' culinary journey began in a charming small town in southern Brazil, where she spent countless hours in the kitchen with her parents. It wasn't long before she took charge of family dinners, BBQs, and various gatherings, igniting her passion for cooking. Driven by a desire to experiment with flavors and elevate traditional "meat dishes," Cris decided to take her home cooking to the next level by enrolling in a professional cooking school, where she delved into Italian cuisine at ICIF (International School of Italian Cuisine).
After honing her skills through internships with renowned chefs across the country, Cris set her sights on Australia. There, she gained invaluable experience working in some of the finest restaurants on the Gold Coast, allowing her to connect deeply with the local community and its culinary tastes.
With a strong interest in Nutrition, Cris is dedicated to crafting truly delicious and healthy dishes. Most recently, she expanded her culinary repertoire by studying the nuances of Thai Cuisine at the prestigious Blue Elephant Cooking School in Bangkok, Thailand.
