Clean room, good location next to the tram, staffs are so helpful

My wife and spent 4 wonderful days in May 2023 here. After an issue with our room after the first night thanks to Coady for promptly moving us to another room when we reported the issue. Brady was also very helpful in helping to move our belongings. Highly recommend this place for a stay in the future. The ocean views are breathtaking!!

This is the only place we will stay on the Gold Coast now I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! My partner and I stayed 4 nights at the end of September and honestly could not fault our experience! We went straight into our room upon arrival and we were greeted with a welcome back chocolate, which was so nice to be acknowledged as a returning guest! Half way through our stay my partner popped the question and it could not have been a better place to celebrate! The manager went above and beyond from bringing up a bottle of wine, a cheese platter and a congratulations card! We honestly felt like we were home and felt so special so Thank-you!
The room is absolutely beautiful! Awesome decor and the bathroom is huge! The new touch of the Dyson products is so cool and very high end! Buffet breakfast was awesome as usual!
YAMAGEN is outstanding and by far our favourite place to eat on the Gold Coast! We also love hiring out the bikes to take for a ride down the street! Such a fun activity and made so easy by reception staff. Overall a phenomenal hotel and experience where nothing was ever too much! We felt so looked after here and the service we received was nothing short of amazing! We have already booked to return in January and cant wait!

We would give 10 stars if I could. We went on a girls trip and everything from check in to check out was so incredible.We sat by the pool for 2 of our days- stay and we have to give a big shout out to Brock, Tyson, Tali and Kerry, the most beautiful staff where nothing was ever to much trouble. The staff honestly made our stay to be honest...
The QT have great restaurants, pool and the best buffet breakfast and also a big shout out to Sarah as well who looking after us as well. We loved the whole QT experience. We definitely will be back again.

The food at the breakfast and evening buffet was sensational! Beautifully freshly made pastries at breakfast are a highlight. The pool area is beautiful and lovely for a refreshing dip.

I love the QT hotels because there is always something unique about them. This was a fantastic pool, and the poolside bar staff did a great Bloody Mary! I loved that the room had my favourite Missoni robes and gorgeous Kevin Murphy products. The overnight parking was also very affordable. Thanks so much for a lovely stay, QT. I wish we could have stayed more nights.

Didnt stay at the hotel, but they let non-guests book a cabana for $50/day. It was AMAZING. The staff were so kind, the drinks were DELISH, and the food was yummy and big serves. We had a great day by the pool and felt really taken care of by the staff.

Had breakfast buffet. Great value for the price. So many choices. You can eat as much or as little. Amazing friendly staff . Plates where cleared very quickly

Came here for our anniversary and I was really blown away with the service and attention to detail. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and even Cody at checkout was lovely. Wont stay anywhere else from now on. You guys blew me away. Thank you so much

One of the best buffets we've had on the Gold Coast! The service was wonderful, from the start our waiter showed us around the buffet and recommended a few different dishes. There is a good selection to choose from, starting from the meats section (sirloin fresh to order), pork, lamb. Seafood is fresh(oysters, bugs and prawns). Dessert selection was great but by then we were super full! Will be visiting again

The hotel staff are amazing. Everything went smoothly. They have the best customer service and buffet breakfast is five star!

We loved our stay at QT. We were kindly given an upgrade for Expedia VIP and it didn't disappoint. Our room was on the top floor city side with a great view to the river/canal and a partial ocean view. It also looked right over Paradise resort.
Our room was lovely, spacious and clean and we loved the room furnishings and design.
The whole hotel had a great vibe and was in the perfect location for what we needed. Cafes and restaurants onsite and a big screen tv area outside near the pool.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is $20 per night which is not too bad. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is thee best we've had and we have tried many of the others mentioned the star & the Marriott and it has no comparison. QT offers a wide variety including gf, df options of food this is the only place that caters highly for my DF and GF needs the rooms are comfortable, the pool and spa are very relaxing and their staff all over provide 5 star services. We dined in for breakfast on Xmas day too and it was lovely to share Xmas with many other families around us, they gave it a special touch with bon bons on the tables and beautiful decorations around the restaurant.We also tried the room service and this was fab too.. we've stayed more than twice so we are big fans. It's also a fun short walk to the main streets Cavill ave, tram stop is around the corner etc. Nothing is too hard for reception staff they even helped us sort out something that other top hotels overseas couldn't. It was to do with Visa's new 30day hold policies and QT manager Cory was able to ensure our funds were released within 24hrs. They followed up with a phone call to chk if funds had gone through and to further reiterate our concerns were valid with Visa's new policy. Can I say as a customer it's nice to know 5 star customer service still exists. Continue the hard work QT staff we notice it and appreciate it. We will be back ps love the funky robes, where can I get one?!!

We stayed here this week for 4 days.
It was a fantastic stay so much so we thought we would give the hotel and staff a review you deserve.
From check in to check out our stay was flawless, comfortable and very enjoyable. The pillows and bed we wanted to take home with is.

We had the most incredible time at QT. The hotel and rooms were beautiful, but the service was outstanding. We asked for an early check-in and got a call the morning of our stay to come anytime. I know this isn't always possible, but the fact the room was free and they went out of our way to let us know we could check in early was so thoughtful. I asked for a few recommendations for places nearby and received great responses via email (before we'd even checked-in). Once we did check in, and they found out my partner and I had just gotten engaged, a beautiful cheeseboard, wine and very thoughtful and personal card turned up at our room. We've stayed in many hotels over the world, including 5 star, but this is the best service we've ever received. A huge thank you to Claudia in particular, you are a gem! We can't wait to come back soon.

Stayed at the QT whilst in town for a conference event held at the QT. This place was awesome. Really great hotel in a great location on the Gold Coast. The hotel itself is brilliant. Rooms are very modern and comfortable with all the mod cons. Plenty of room and very clean and tidy. Bed was awesome, shower was a little average but not the worst I have had. Great restaurants down stairs and a nice bar and cafe! All in all would highly recommend!

I had the most incredible experience at the QT hotel in Surfers Paradise. Our arrival was far from glamorous, as we found ourselves stuck in heavy traffic and car accidents for a staggering 14 hours. But, against all odds, the team at the QT hotel made our check-in process a breeze, even at the ungodly hour of 2:30 am.

I was immediately struck by the spaciousness of our room and the undeniable comfort of the bedding. The attention to detail was impressive, with even a Dyson hairdryer provided for that extra touch of luxury. And oh, the view! We were treated to an absolutely stunning panorama of the Surfers Paradise skyline right from our window.

Tomorrow, I have every intention of taking full advantage of the hotel's spa and pool facilities. The day spa looks like a veritable oasis, beckoning me to unwind and forget the stresses of the journey. I can hardly contain my excitement for the perfect relaxation that awaits me there.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the QT hotel in Surfers Paradise. The attentive service, spacious room, and luxurious amenities have surpassed all my expectations. If you're seeking a haven of relaxation and opulence, the QT hotel in Surfers Paradise is an absolute dream come true.

Our favourite place on the Gold Coast. The pool bar is amazing and the food is outstanding. Everyone there is so friendly and always happy to help.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at this resort and had a great time.

The resort is one street back from the beachfront but this doesnt impact your ocean views. The height and position allows for the ocean breeze to flow in.

Our check in experience by Susie was outstanding. The attention to detail, thoughtfulness in recommendations and genuine warmth displayed by Susie set the tone for our entire QT experience. Its people that make any service industry exceptional, and Susie is a standout example of that.

The restaurants provide good options. A stand out for us was the Japanese restaurant Yamagen. The food was sensational.

We had breakfast included in our package which was OK but not worth the walk up price of $49. Barista coffee is an additional cost which is a bit steep when already paying $49, and on both of our visits the coffee was quite bad.

Our room was spotless and inviting.
Ive also never seen a hotel room which such perfectly placed power points! Theyre exactly where youd want them!

Quality hotel with great facilities

My parents just finished 8 wonderful nights at this hotel. They came back so impressed by the service, accommodation, food and hospitality. They were treated so well and the reception team were so kind as to print out the tour vouchers and boarding passes on my request and send it up to their rooms. They received prompt wake up calls on the mornings I'd organised and they said the buffet at the bazaar was hands out one of the best buffets they'd ever had with incredible variety.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my folks (who are in their 70s and technologically challenged. And for lending them a charger)!

A special shout out to Cody and Jeff who were positively lovely in helping me early on in the booking process.

We booked this hotel through Luxury Escapes. We loved the vibe and fantastic facilities. Everything about the place is perfect. Loved the buffet breakfast and dinner.

I am currently staying at the QT. Now I usually dont leave a review till after but Im so happy with their service, rooms and everything I just couldnt wait.
Upon entering the hotel I was welcomed by amazing staff. The presentation of the hotel lobby to the elevator and the room exceeded expectations. All staff are friendly and happy to help with all requests. The room is very cosy with amazing views. The room has everything you need. The mini bar has a good variety of items. We received a complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary however as my wife and I dont drink alcohol they exchanged it for a lemonade kit. Overall this hotel presents very well. I cannot fault anything. Keep up the good work team QT!!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Our room on level 13 had a great view of the beach, and although only a small balcony, it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the experience.

If you're an early riser, the sunrises were very spectacular.

What great pool and bar facilities, including a fully staffed bar. The lunch menu isn't just burgers, the nourish bowl was fabulous, so worth trying.

QT's location is very good being one block back from the beach, and nicely positioned away from the craziness of downturn Surfers.

Five minute tram ride to Broadbeach, another advantage.

All up, we had a great break away from Sydney.

Just stayed for 4 days. We had an ocean front room with stunning views. The staff were awesome, the vibes and atmosphere of the hotel were friendly and buzzing. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was all fresh and delicious. The bars and restaurants, pool and hang out areas were great. Perfect proximity to beach and surfers. The pool area was nice too

Gorgeous service, fun rooms and location is good if youre visiting the GC without a car, close enough to walk to restaurants, cafes, beach and supermarket, as well as tram. We told them it was our baby
moon and they gifted us the cutest little QT singlet - we were so touched by their thoughtfulness and warm approach. So sweet. Loved the view too and the pool is great. Thank you.

Best place to stay on the GC, and I have stayed at many. Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise walking distance to the beach, shops, and public transport. Spacious room with balconies and lovely beach or city views. Very comfortable bed and pillows. They also have little cabins great for group bookings.
Fabulous facilities, 3 lovely restaurants, Spa and Cafe that cater to everyones needs. Poolside bar and grassed area with big screen TV and areas for children to run and play
I can't speak highly enough of the staff they were all exceptional. A truly magical 2 days. I didn't want to leave.

Had an amazing night on Friday 11th. Greeted by Brady he was so welcoming and such a lovely young man. Very professional made us feel very special. Bed was so comfortable and the room lovely with a veiw to die for. Stingray bar was awesome loved all the Salsa dancing. Breakfast was incredible will definitely recommend the QT

This place was so good and the service was incredible. It was so good it was easy to ignore the "academy of eating disorders" conference that was there. Like, who calls it the ACADEMY of eating disorders?? Are you meant to be good at an eating disorder?? Is there a scholarship program for the one with the most body dysphoria? They stuck stickers all over the pictures of the hot GC babes in the elevator, saying they "don't endorse this." Well, if it's an ACADEMY, shouldn't the model be nailing it??? Anyway.
The breakfast buffet ruled even if I was inspired to throw it all up again. Would definitely go back, particularly when the conference for "training institute of suicidal ideation" comes thru.

Every Friday night Latin party at qt bar and lounge. Love it. I don't know if the hotel is any good.

First time in Queensland. Our room was beautiful and the view in our room was breathtaking booked the oceanfront room and the views were unbelievable. All the staff were extremely helpful and lovely very accommodating to any requests. I must admit I was slightly disappointed with the buffet breakfast however dinner at the other restaurants there was amazing. Hotel so central to everything and anything there. Definitely will be back! Thank you once again.

QT is excellent for the receptionist to the rooms and the breakfast was.. omg! The view is beautiful, we have the city view which was perfect for sunset on the balcony with a glass of your favourite. The only thing was the bed is a bit soft for my liking, but some of my colleagues shut eyes as soon as they hit it. Overall, it is excellent. The location was great as well, walling distance to shops and restaurants and beach. Perfect.

Nicely different. Obviously, QT is part of a chain, but it is a hotel with a different vibe - in a good way. Good location, very handy to the beach, and a short stroll to the shops. Recommended.

Great hotel, we have stayed here before and decided to come back again and it did not disappoint! The location is amazing, close to public transport and the main area of Surfers Paradise. The food was delicious, especially the tacos! The room was super comfy and luxe, and we really enjoyed the Dyson hairdryer and Kevin Murphy toiletries. Would definitely recommend!

Tucked in a quiet street, QT provides quality service and a great accomodation for someone looking for a comfortable clean space with a modern environment.
Theres an iPad to call for help and a clean room with well supplied materials to make your stay enjoyable.

I really liked this hotel, the design and welcoming staff make it an enjoyable stay. My room was an ocean suite, very clean and comfortable bed. And I was pretty much living my best life poolside, ordering some mango daquiris. Definitely will come back

Definitely a 5 star establishment. Rooms are great, service is great. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely room and the view was fantastic. My only complaint is the cups. Why dont they supply rooms with a decent cup or mug for a cup of tea or coffee. Dont need old style cup and saucer.

Great beaches,plenty places for food

Stayed at one of their cabin things on a rooftop and that was super vibey. Basically had the entire rooftop area for ourselves to tan and just sloth it up. The cabin was really nice. QT super generous with their amenities and the bed was so comfy. I would make my coffin out of that bed so I can RIP without neck pain.

Had Sam as our agent of sunshine who was super rad with really good energy. The establishment was super busy but the staff kept it efficient and smooth.

Can highly recommend .. Modern, beds are amazingly comfortable, beautiful service by the staff, gorgeous styling & features and in a central location on the Gold Coast.

I was excited about visiting the QT and my experience has been excellent
I booked directly with the QT and Cody remembered taking my reservation when we checked in and I was impressed with this, he upgraded room and it is stunning room 2114 with great views!
He had also arranged a card and bottle of champagne for us to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary ( complimentary) so very much appreciated Thank you Cody !

Breakfast very nice plus I love the fact I can make my own fresh juice with the ingredients and machine left for guests .
We are going to the Japanese restaurant tonight so expect that to be equally as impressive.
Overall I think the team are going out of there ways to deliver standout service, i think the management have done a great job training and empowering the staff.
We will return to this hotel next time we are in the GoldCoast

I had previously visited just for the breakfast buffet, but the lobby was so cute that I decided to stay this time.
The room will be more fashionable than you imagined, and your mood will rise.
The facility itself is old, so it is recommended for those who can tolerate that.

This is definitely the best hotel I have stayed at on the GC. The Bazaar buffet is my favourite buffet on the GC & their high tea is also the best one I have ever had.

The service is exceptional. From the moment your car pulls up, you have a staff member greeting you the moment you step out of your car asking if you would like help with your bags or for your car to be valet parked. In my case, I turned down both these services as I only had an overnight bag that I could carry over my shoulder. The young man then escorted me all the way to the reception desk to ensure I knew where I was going. That is service that I have never received at a hotel.

We only booked the cheapest room but it was still so luxurious & spacious.

The rooms come with Kevin Murphy shampoo, condinitioner, body wash, hand soap & body wash which I loved. As its my favourite but too expensive for me to buy on a regular basis. The other plus, was that you get a Dyson hair dryer in your room. Plus their robes are amazing. A funky colourful design & thick as with towel like material so you can put it on straight out of the shower, no need to dry off with a towel beforehand.

To me, its those little details that make it feel like a 5 star hotel.

Location is also amazing! On the outskirts of the party scene, which means its nice and quiet but close enough walking distance to everything you need.

Really impressed with this hotel. Amazing service from literally every person, great food, pool area etc. rooms were great, no ironing board was the only small thing otherwise perfect!

This time, qtQT is the first one (it is a new small branch based on the original one). It started at the end of last year and was added to qt on the Gold Coast. You can search qtQT Cabins, which are small wooden cabins^o^, with only six rooms and a maximum of 12 people. There is a separate activity space (p9, 10), a garden with a fire place and some shaded rest spaces, and! Some exclusive experiences (Pilates yoga 1-on-1 or 2-on-2, private or group picnic), some experiences I guess are available to the entire hotel, such as bartending, wine tasting, sushi, cycling, ceramic deep diving and surfing spa Everything you need
-After the reservation was made, someone from the hotel contacted us to ask about the purpose of the itinerary and sent us some experiences to choose from.
-After checking in, the person in charge of cabins introduced us to all the facilities and rooms, and also prepared them for us.
Cake and Balloon Q! The good thing about the National Super League is that the entire itinerary is printed out, including the time and items, so you can take a look when you forget.
-You can order everything you need from the tablet in the room. The minibar has three cans of snacks for you to eat, and you can also ask them to deliver dyson.
hair straightener (there is also a tutorial on the tablet to teach you how to curl your hair, I didnt expect it), and a dedicated contact person for any schedule or changes.
You can contact us anytime if you need anything.
-There is a Sunset Aperitivo at 16:20 every afternoon. They will bring drinks and food o(^)o. You can try to mix it yourself.

There is a curtain outside the wooden house that can be pulled down, so no one can see it when you are outside, and the space for activities is relatively large, mainly because you dont have to worry about bugs. We also eat breakfast in the house during the day (p12, 13).
-The first optional item is the bartending experience class. When we come to the hotel bar, its just us and the bartender T. The bartending experience class includes two glasses of wine of our own choice and he teaches us how to mix them, welcome drink and pizza (its quite delicious!) , although the amount is three cups per person, but in fact I feel like drinking casually, Ding is very talkative and nice, I ended up drinking six cups.
-The next day we chose cabana, a small shaded room next to the swimming pool? The sun is very bright but the wind is blowing, and there is a bar next to it, so it is comfortable to lie down and drink coconut. Fresh cabana can be taken from morning to night, 50 per day.
-The third one chose Picnic, which will deliver things to where we are. It is actually very convenient to carry and we can take it with us wherever we go, but in the end I chose to pay on the wooden board in my room.
-Then I chose a spa, first steam and then massage. After the steam, it was so comfortable. There was a cold water card for washing, ice and mist, and the coffee-flavored things they gave me to apply on my body.

Everything about our stay at Qt was perfect. From the minute I booked I had the lovely Rachelle reach out and curate our stay in such a special, personal way.
We stayed in the new cabins which are intimate and stylish and everything that we wanted in a night away as a couple.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted so kindly and given complimentary drinks at the pool bar. Our room was ready early and Rachelle personally guided us to our room.
Complimentary sunset spritz and aperitivo brought up to our room, as well as tea and chocolate before bed was the most thoughtful touch.
Theyve really nailed everything at this hotel and you can tell they take so much pride in who they hire. Felt so loved and rejuvenated after only one night there. Thank you Rachelle and everyone else who took care of us. You guys are amazing

I wrote an email to inquire something and Jess from reservations patiently answered all my questions. The hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the breakfast is rich.
The only drawback is the early check-out time.

Stylish and friendly hotel in the heart of the Gold Coast...would recommend

Left a jacket behind accidentally in one of the cabins, and they made sure to retrieve and hold it safely for me to arrange pick up! The stay was wonderful. The small independent cabins are perfect for romantic getaway, and they have two great restaurants and bars to enjoy yourself at. And I'm sure there is so much more offered that I didn't have a chance to experience!

Amazing hotel. I arrived at 8AM, and just asked if I could leave my luggage with them and come back at 3pm, and was delighted when they said they could just give me a room straight away instead!

The cabin was so beautiful that I chose to travel to Australia after seeing just this accommodation. The result was very satisfactory. The staff were really friendly and the cabin and the view from the cabin were the best. I pre-booked and enjoyed Picnic for 2 provided by QT, and it was the best choice. We provide everything from mats to main meals, iced tea, and desserts. Everything was carefully prepared, from the cookies prepared inside to the Sunset Aperitivo and Goodnight Kiss chocolate. They told me that the amenities also use Saya products, and the scent was really nice. The best hotel on the Gold Coast. Be sure to visit!

The hotel is quirky which gives it its uniqueness. The service from the time you arrive at the entrance, through to reception, food & beverage areas and house keeping is EXCELLENT. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are a nice large size, clean and well lit. The buffet breakfast is also superb. They are also up to date with technology. You can use your phone to open your room door (as long as youve downloaded the QT app). There is also an iPad type tablet in every room to order room service and check on the weather etc etc. There is an excellent pool and bar area where you can relax the whole day if you desire.

Cannot recommend the QT more highly enough. Amazing value for money and staff service, pool atmosphere is instaworthy.

We have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels in Sydney and this is better than the lot. Long live the mini-bar!! We will be back

We recently stayed in the rooftop cabins at QT Gold Coast for 4 nights and it was an insanely amazing experience. The cabin/rooftop felt like a private oasis/glamping which was such a nice change to the standard hotel rooms. In the afternoon, we would receive a complimentary antipasto board as well as a tray with an assortment of items to make your own cocktails with instructions which is such a nice treat. They would also bring by some tea and chocolate before bed.
The staff were super accommodating, attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back when on the Gold Coast next.
They also provided the most amazing sweets like cookies/bars/chips that were complimentary and they would top it up each day.

We had a fantastic stay at the QT Hotel Gold Coast. The rooms are fantastic, the amenities are great and the staff and so wonderful.

We did however have a couple of suprizes, the most memorable (for my husband and his friends) was enjoying a beer on the deck taking in the ocean views. Whilst admiring the surroundings they very quickly noticed on the lawn level 2 a photo shoot occurring....wedding pictures you might think? (Due to the calibre of thus hotel one would have assumed this to be the case)
NO, it was in fact a naked women being photographed in positions I could only imagine she had a lot of practice getting into....
Now I'm not a prude by any means and good for her making an income (again assuming) however from observation the majority of resort goers were young families with children...

I needed a reset on my holiday from a long flight from WA and QT delivered. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The food was nothing short of Amazing. I needed GF and they accommodated. Staff were amazing. I will definitely be back next time on the east coast. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Attended Charity Lunch in Bazaar Restaurant brilliant buffet.

We stayed here as part of a Luxury Escapes deal, we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel presents well in a fun modern way, staff are super friendly. We enjoyed both our breakfast and dinner at Bizzar - food was so fresh and delicious. Beds were so fluffy and comfy. Everything was great! We loved that if you don't use housekeeping you get $10 a night taken off your bill. The tram is a short walk and easy access surfer's paradise and Pacific Fair shopping centre etc. We were lucky enough to get the e bikes whilst there super fun highly recommend. We'd definitely stay here again!

This morning we got to the hotel at around 1am as our flight was ridiculously delayed.
Cody (think thats how you spell his name) helped my wife and I to the max. He had such an amazing customer service as well making my wife and I feel comfortable. He got everything sorted out for us within minutes while also keeping a great conversation with us (amazing right?).
I personally have been to a lot of hotels/resorts and Codys customer service and personality took me away. Man deserves a pay rise haha.

Only ever stayed twice.. would love to be able to go more.. (a plan Im working on).
Its not the biggest or the flashiest but it has style, It has a class of its own. It doesnt need to be the biggest because what it does it does well. ( I need a way better word then well )

Stayed in Australia for 2 months and only 5 star hotels, the QT for 2 weeks, and easy to say the best experience so far, everything you would expect from this level hotel, but they add so much more fun. Yamagen, the onsite Japanese restaurant, is a must attend, several tasting menus and excellent wine list make it a must try. Stay here, you will not be disappointed, exceptionally clean, highest quality linens etc etc. Well Done

A delight from start to finish - can't wait to return.
We stayed in an Ocean View King Suite which was immaculately maintained and tastefully decorated in QT's signature style. There was plenty of space to move around between the lounge, the generously-sized bedroom and double bathroom.

The pool is a true gem - but do recommend reserving a cabana as poolside seating is hot property. Easy access to the pool-side bar and great atmosphere with QT's own Summer playlist pumping.

The Breakfast buffet at Bazzar will satisfy even the most-discerning breakfast-goer. Just know that barista coffee does cost extra (not unusual, but worth noting).

A special shout-out to Sam in Reception who was super welcoming and helped us start the holiday on a high note.

Loved the pool area, beautiful, relaxing weekend away. Excellent customer service with Australian and European vibe. Super easy on the bus/tram to/from the airport.

I return to the QT quite regularly for work and I think this stay was the best yet. Hannah at reception in the evening at check in was helpful as always giving me drink vouchers, and organising a lovely surprise in my room. It consisted of a make your own lemonade stand, an amazing homemade chocolate, and handwritten card. I also had a 60 dollar food credit with my two night stay special that was well worth it. The room service was delivered quickly and tray taken away after quickly after leaving it outside my room. I recommend the QT, as the luxuries are the best fun- the giant tv, the beautiful Dyson hairdryer, Kevin Murphy bath products and gorgeous Missoni bath robe. Cant wait for my next stay!

Was a wonderful stay at QT - this was my 2nd stay (though 13 years apart). Nice location, close to the beach a short walk to Surfers paradise strip. We tried the tacos and drinks at Stingray was very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. Room service and hospitality staff were wonderful and always there to help!! The pool area though not huge was perfect with the right temperature maintained. Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommended

Brunch buffet is great. Came back after two years and the quality of hot food has improved a lot. The seafood is not always fresh though. Wide variety of pastries and dessert options. Dieteries catered for.

From the concierge to the housekeeping team, to the front of house..every staff member was not only friendly and professional but also remarkably detail-oriented.

The hotel's excellent central location was another fantastic feature, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and enjoy all that it had to offer.

So we are from Canberra and visiting the Gold Coast for the first time in 4 years and were pretty anxious about where to stay. Being a member of the PGR not only gives you the best value for the rooms + gives you early access to their promotions as well. So we ended up staying for 4 nights in QT hotel + 1 night at QT cabin to celebrate my 33rd birthday. We wanted to get the best of it, and they never failed in every single way.

Upon arrival, we checked in seamlessly, offered a wonderful room with a really nice view of the 21st floor and were surprised by a welcome champagne and a personalised greeting card which really amazed me the most. It felt super genuine and really taking it to another level to not only satisfy our needs but exceed our expectations as well. 5/5

And it doesnt stop there. We also booked a night to stay at their QT cabins to see any differences but my ow my, Sam (curator of QT cabins) contacted us prior to arriving in Gold Coast to check if theres any way she can assist us. (Recommendations, assisting with booking activities and the best restaurants in town) to have smooth access to those things.

Also Sam organized us a late check out to have an even better transition move from the hotel to the cabins, eliminating the waiting time to check in. It was really good, checking in / out was seamless, they gave us vouchers for drinks while waiting and escorted us to our rooms and personally showed us the amenities that the Cabin offers, which was handled by Rachel. Again, I couldnt be happier with Sam/Rachel who lived up to the service of whoever was in charge on that day. Very pleased and satisfied with everything, they even lit up a bonfire for us and offered cocktails and antipasto to go along with it.

Im not sure how to do it better than how they all did it. Thank you so much and I definitely will remember my birthday celebration because of everyone that was a part of it.

PS - I would recommend staying more in the Cabins if you can because it's really cozy, minimalist and you can still access the hotel amenities yet you are in a secluded part of hotel.

Spacious and stylish room with excellent amenities and facilities. The service was the highlight, exceeded what you generally find in Australia at any price. I must have interacted with 10 staff all who were polished, friendly and attentive.

The vibe as soon as you arrive is that youre at a high-end venue. The staff have all been really friendly and helpful, everythings really clean and the facilities are lovely.

The food has been great, even the room service food was restaurant quality, and the breakfast buffet had everything youd want. Great selection.

Ive been working from the lobby, good wifi and plenty of space. Just nipped out for a dip in the pool and to relax in the sun. Have been considering making a move to GC from Melbourne, this is confirming my pre-existing bias. Would definitely return and recommend.
