Hey there! I'm Michaela, the lead videographer at Your Wedding Story. Crafting narratives is my passion.
As a child, I poured countless hours into writing stories, even sending my first manuscript to a publisher at just 11 years old (I received some really nice rejection letters, by the way). I also kept a journal every day, certain that I'd want to look back on all those little moments in my life someday.
In a similar vein, my first camera came into my hands during primary school. I made it a point to capture every family gathering, trip, and everyday moment. Even back then, I understood how valuable those memories would become later on. (Now, I'm the family's designated photo expert for creating slideshows and photo albums).
After high school, I briefly ventured into law, but my creative instincts couldn't be ignored, leading me to a fulfilling career as an author and journalist. This journey ultimately guided me to my true love: storytelling through film, which has captivated me for the last ten years!
