His talent was recognized when he received a Channel 9 award for Excellence in Cinematography for the short film, Water. Notably, both Water and Emily Wasted, an interactive drama, received nominations at the 2015 West Australian Screen Awards and the upcoming 2015 ATOM awards in Melbourne.
