For the Greater Western area, this venue is a gem. If you love horse racing, this venue ticks all the boxes.
We were there for wedding and this venue had everything, room service, restaurant, lounge bar, auditorium and a modern barn reception centre which was perfect for the wedding and our room was amazing

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. My partner vomited due to some food poisoning from some takeout at night. Deepak was amazing enough to move us to the room next door at no additional costs due to no housekeeping available as it was after hours. I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel, check-in was easy and efficient. The room was large, clean, and overlooking the neighbouring stables and contained lovely amenities. Room service was very expensive but also very delicious

Quite a reasonably priced hotel for staying in for a random night away.

Hotel down stairs on the other hand is also very highly recommended. Fine dining Resturant and great quality food with lovely wines for dinner.

Best hotel in Sydney - well run and well organised. Just spent 5 days in CBD Sydney in 5 star hotels and this place is better.
The General Manager Belinda Green has ensured that South West Sydney has a real 5 Star hotel in the William Inglis.
Samantha Plant the operations manager is one of the best in the business.
Deepak and Rose at the front desk are sensational.
And then you have Santoosh and the team making sure you are well looked after in dining.

Top accommodation and fine dining. There is nothing better in the South West Sydney region.

After a very, very disappointing stay just before COVID, we resolved never to return. However, a special lured us back and do glad we tried again. The suites are gorgeous, huge, enjoyed the views of racehorse training in the am. Staff couldn't have been lovelier. And dinner in the restaurant was beautifully presented!

Ruby and Mohammad on the front desk are extremely helpful (he went out of his way to buy me a bag when mine broke).

Booked a night at the William Inglis (McGallery) and was pleasantly surprised by the location (central in Sydney south), excellent accommodations and facilities. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff very professional and helpful. The bar and dining were nice - cool set-up and good services. We didn't have time to try the swimming pool, spa, or gym - but will do so next time on a longer stay. Overall great hotel, highly recommended for business or leisure.

Great hotel with a very good price-performance ratio

The staff were exceptional, really helpful, and welcoming. The first day my booking didn't come through as I booked through travel agent, even though Mohamed at front desk helped me to give a room and sort out with travel agent. The food was exceptional.

My recent visit to your hotel was fantastic. The hotel was highly convenient and was in a great location. The facilities were next-level, with spacious rooms, an excellent pool for a morning/afternoon swim, and a great restaurant. The beds were great, allowing me to be well-rested for the stay. I was staying here just on business. This hotel was perfect for me as it was close to where I was going to work. The room was very clean and comfortable! I was also impressed with the staff there and their customer service. When I was checking in the man who was serving me explained everything they had to offer and made sure I was fully informed. The restaurant staff were impeccable too and the food and drink arrived very fast after I ordered. Ive never had food delivered that quick at a restaurant!! The meal was so delicious also. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and if in the future Im in that area Id book again.

Check in and out was an absolute breeze. Parking was abundant and easy.

We had dinner in the restaurant and were very happy with the quality of the food. This was probably the best part of the stay.

The rooftop pool area was very nice.

We chose the romantic getaway package and it was perfect. The check in process was really easy. The food at the restaurant was a nice variety of different things. The swimming pool and gym on the top floor had nice views and was very clean. The room was spacious for our family of 3. In room breakfast was great. The late checkout made things easy for us to have a swim around midday

I was met with extremely helpful staff from my checking in to checking out experience. The hotel is lovely - loved the Gym and the rooftop pool. Parking is free and easily accessible to the main entrance.

staff couldnt of done enough for us over the course of our 2 day stay, my ONLY disappointments were with the emails regarding an offer to upgrade - If the hotel is full and you know you wont be able to fulfill the upgrades dont get peoples hopes up and offer them the potential of upgrades which dont exist. And the pool deck bar service closed well before the time advertised.

Had an excellent stay at the William Inglis with my wife and daughter. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all my requests and made sure I had a nice stay while here. We had a nice window view of the race track and saw a few horses training in the morning. My only very minor development point was toilet faced towards the bedroom with a frosted window. I felt a little awkward going to the toilet while wife and daughter were sitting there watching TV. Perhaps a privacy door would suit the bathroom area. Thanks for a lovely stay

I stayed at the hotel for my anniversary and I could not have chosen a better place. The landscape is so beautiful, our room has an amazing view on the 8th floor. In our room we found chocolates and wine which was so sweet. The interior of the hotel is stunning but most importantly the check-in and check-out experience was so easy, the ladies were lovely at the reception desk, they even came out to help with the bags. I will definitely return even for a relaxing deserving weekend where I can clear my head, write. It is place you get to recharge your soul. I had the most wonderful stay here! I needed a little staycation away, and this place was perfect. The staff were incredibly lovely and attentive, rooms are beautiful, restaurant food was amazing and hotel features were great! I also went for a stroll around the courtyard and stables and it doesnt even feel like Sydney. I would stay here again and again and again!!

I was lucky enough to have my wedding there. We had an outdoor ceremony at the Rose Pavilion, followed by a reception in the big barn. William Inglis was very accommodating to our requirements. Our big day would not have been possible without our wedding coordinator from William Inglis, Kimberley C. From helping us with our vision and being respectful of our cultural needs; to minute details in our runsheet and helping us with signage; Kim made sure she was with us every step of the way. She even contacted our vendors and helped us out in whatever way she could to make sure everything was on track and relieve some stress off of the bride and groom. She made time for us and actually listened and got to know us as a couple. Thanks so much William Inglis, and an especially big shout out to Kim for making our day successful and a day to remember!

I treated myself to a kid and hubby free night prior to the arrival of baby no.2. I had an amazing stay at the William Inglis Hotel. From the warm welcome at reception to the amazing meal in the restaurant. The scenery from the pool over looking the race course was stunning. So nice to do a few laps and then look out at the horses being trained. The room had everything I could need. Have already recommended it to all my mum friends to head for a treat night away. I will be back again, who knows. might be before baby arrives.

My cousins wedding was held at William Inglis and honestly it has been such a treat. The rooms itself are clean and all the staffs themselves have been brilliant. Santos the man himself is a bartender who has provided nothing but excellent customer service as well as generous mixes. His presence itself has provided a very positive atmosphere for us patrons to feel comfortable.

We loved our experience at The William Inglis Mgallery. My family and I had two rooms and we were more than impressed with our stay. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. The staff, facilities and grounds of the hotel were beyond compare. We believe this to be our favourite getaway and have agreed that we will getaway in April every year as we enjoyed the stay immensely.

What beautiful intimate space. We came for a quick Bevy after work and ended up being so comfortable we stayed for 2.5 hours chatting. Would love to have a meal and watch the races. Such a pleasant surprise. Stop here for a touch of class.

We had 2 adjoining rooms for 3 of us. The hotel is lovely and the food at the restaurant was a highlight.
Very comfortable, luxurious and well appointed. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The only issue we had was there was no door to close off the bathroom which was a little awkward when sharing with friends.

Absolutely stunning hotel

The Sofitel Hotel Staff were excellent with their professional service, their kindness, very accommodating to all our needs when we held our Ashcroft HS 60th Anniversary Reunion Weekend there. 600 people in attendance, were all catered for. A big Thank You to GM Belinda, the 2 Rebeccas & the Restaurant Staff. All magnificent. 5 Stars!

Loved everything about the William Inglis, check in was extremely efficient and I was also grateful due to travelling a long distance I was able to get in earlier I was so happy, the rooms were very clean and had everything that you wanted when you are away from home, I also loved the beautiful products you had in the bathroom so when I got home I ordered some from the company.... This is our second time at the hotel, we love the quiet location, but so close to all major areas. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable bedding and excellent restaurant and amenities. The staff are always polite and attentive even if the hotel is busy you are made to feel special. The race track adds to the country vibe and is an interesting historical addition for the guest.

From the very beginning until the end my stay was incredible. Christy and Training James checked me in. They were so cheerful and happy to help with anything. Really lovely people. I was upgraded to a fabulous suite with the most amazing view over the stables and racecourse. The horse wind vane was so stunning. And with it lit up at night it was just perfect. Subtle and not too bright. The room was clean and spacious with a wonderfully huge bathroom. I am already planning my next stay and have recommended the venue to a friend who is planning a wedding.
The only let down was the breakfast. Cold hash browns, and the staff were a little rude.

Incredible in all respect. Grand property. Location is very good. We have our summit event twice a year for the last 4 years in the arena & its still a wow room ! We had a 21st in the Big barn and stayed in the Executive suite, such a beautiful room. I was able to see all the horses training in the morning from my room. Staff were amazing and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

What a magnificient location to host my son, Solomons celebrational 21st in The Big Barn. Thank you to the Banquet Manager Noori and her staff for the beautiful feast, it was delicious. A massive thank you to Grace for her support throughout the last five months to help bring our vision to fruition. My family and sons friends had a fantastic evening. It was a joy to decorate. The security were respectful and banquet staff gave superior service. You will not regret having your celebrations here.

Very Comfortable stay

My daughter and her Support Worker stay at the hotel on weekly basis. They are so well looked after by ALL THE STAFF. Everybody is so nice and friendly towards them. They have been staying at the hotel for over 3 years and not once have they experienced any negativity.

We were greeted by neatly dressed welcoming faces whose voices shared our excitement in being in the William Inglisthe room evoked nostalgia of the good times we spent at the racetrack surrounded by majestic creatures, spirits and people all gathered in their finestvery cozy on a windy winter day we took to a stroll around the groundsdinner at 7 p.m. (my compliments to the Chef and all the staff)and Birthday Breakfast at sun upwhat a fantastic time. Thank you Willaim Inglis for everything!

Definitely a 5star hotel but a downscale level due to the location. Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good but nothing extravagant. Hotel bar served up to as late as 1am. Gym was decent size. Rooftop pool heated with a good view of the surrounding suburbs. Room service was prompt and delicious. Definitely would stay again if I was to book around this area of Sydney.

I was staying at the hotel as I was coordinating a work event also held at The William Inglis. On checking in I discovered that my room had been upgraded - a lovely treat! The staff were fantastic, very accommodating. They made my very busy stay as relaxing as it could be.

Wow! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt nothing but relaxed. Gabriela was professional and very good at what she does. I was booked for the destination destress package and I definitely felt destressed after! The spa is beautiful, quiet, calming and relaxing. I highly recommend Gabriela and Inglis day spa! Loved the atmosphere

I think it is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The room was immaculate, the food was great, check in and check out was smooth, parking was ample and free. The view from my room overlooked the racecourse. It was just a lovely spot to stay.

Great Food, Great Service, Great Accommodation. And Amazing service

The Red Hot Room rate prompted our last minute weekend break at one of our favourite hotels.

On arrival we paid for an upgrade to a suite and had a very pleasant stay to celebrate both my birthday and fathers day.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the complimentary minibar softdrinks and welcome bottle of red were very much appreciated.

My only disappointment was being unable to use our A+ discount on our favourite T-Bone steak.

During 01/09/2024 2am, Olivia, one of the most lovely staff was able to assist me in finding my camera equipment. She provided excellent customer service and was very kind. She deserves a raise!

I recently attended a kids performance at the William Inglis Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for both the children and adults!!!

Best hotel in the area. On the Warwick Farm Racetrack, perfect if youre attending race day. Little isolated so unless you have a car, you are eating on site only (see Newmarket Restaurant). Great modern hotel, clean well equipped rooms, decent gym on site, rooftop heated pool. Friendly staff & great service.

From checking in at the front desk to my king room looking over the grand stand and the race track to the great restaurant the staff are all excellent a true 5 star experience

Excellent restaurant with excellent service and good quality food.
We had a complimentary upgrade to an excellent room with a great view of the sunset each day.
Free parking out the front is a huge bonus and the hotel in general is new, high quality and in excellent condition. So enjoyed our stay there.

The room was very nice, laid out and comfortable. I wandered around early in the evening to see what was there, including the restaurant. I was asked if I wanted to dine that evening; it would be wise to make a reservation. I am glad the restaurant manager suggested this, as the restaurant was bustling, which surprised me somewhat. When I had the meal, I understood why. Breakfast in the morning was very good (could use some extra signage for gluten-free items, etc).

The Hotel Manager was what made this place shine, his professionalism and his eagerness to ensure your stay is as exquisite as the hotel itself is what won me over. Will definitely enjoy my next stay there knowing i am in such good hands.

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Beds and pillows super comfortable.

We ordered room service and the steaks were 10/10 and perfectly cooked. One of the best steaks we have had in a while!

We will definitely be booking another stay in the future!
