Weddings at Novotel Surfers Paradise

This is a lovely motel to be right in the middle of surfers. I may have had some glitches with my stay but the way they were handled by all the staff was nothing short of excellent. Thanks Ken for the late night beer and to Lorelle for not only the professional help but the personal way it was handled. Cheers to all the staff

We stayed at the Novotel for a family trip celebrating my mum's birthday. The ocean-view rooms were fantastic and the hotel was in the best location, close to everything. The excellent service received from Rossini before, during and after our stay made our trip even better. She was very professional and accommodating, delivering a service that was above and beyond. Rossini was very thoughtful in ensuring my mum's birthday was extra special - sometimes the smallest details have the biggest impact. Thanks again Rossini!

Weve been coming back to this place for years without disappointment.
Perfect location, nice rooms, great buffet breakfast. The parking entrance is right next to the hotel and theres lift to the hotel directly.
The spa could be a bit bigger due to the huge demand, but 10 people can fit in.
Towels are always available for swim.
If I want to find anything to complain, last time (at Christmas) the shower gel wasnt filled up. We will be back soon!

Our room service, Flor, provided us with excellent service, and her attitude and manner are beyond the expectations

Amazing place to stay. We went to celebrate my birthday. The room service was good. But as indian I don't like food. We stayed at view room.

Decorate our room as my partner requested. But they charge for champagne

Awesome location, rooms were very good with great views. I had a small issue in the room when we checked in , but that was solved within 30 mins . Kudos to the maintenance guy for fixing issue so fast and the reception staff for quick service. Would definitely recommend and come back again

We had wonderful experience at Novotel. Excellent property and easy access to shopping, restaurant, clubs , pubs , beach.
All staff were efficient and helpful.
We were privileged stay in a specious room with a see view.

I want to say thanks to Camila and concierge staff member for making me feel welcome to the Novotel Surfers Paradise on Day 1. All of your coworkers i had came across were so generous and kindly. I thoroughly enjoy the service that I had for 6 days on my vacation. I hope this review gives your staff member a wonderful compliment and an award for doing a fantastic job. The hotel is well first class for the tourist like myself to have a great hotel room, as well the breakfast serve and, have the tours nearby the hotel. Keep up the good work

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was lovely. We got in late and the check in was easy and efficient, Sheridan (the receptionist) deserves a raise, great customer service. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the location was great, close to everything. 10/10 would stay again.

From the city side to the beach side, I can watch the sun rise at the balcony. 10/10!!!

Very friendly service

Such an amazing hotel to stay at. The heated pool and spa made holidaying during winter fantastic and the room was beautiful. We could literally just walk everywhere, it was close to Cavill Avenue and the beach so we had lunch and breakfasts looking at the water. We're definitely going there again, for longer next time

The outdoor pool and spa is excellent, the spa bubbles and pushes the water like a fountain feature into the pool adjacent to it - just perfect, the overflow of water from the spa making the water in the pool nice and warm!

If I have to be picky, then it would be carpet they are in need for an upgrade (I noticed in the offical photos the rooms have timber flooring, please consider using carpet it provides a more cozy vibe!)

Buffet breakfast - we added that to one day of our stay. Dont have high expectations, we have young children so it works well for us for the convenience of it

Stayed in the executive suite very nice room. Had a jetted spa bath was amazing. Had amazing views from our balcony. The room service is fast and efficient the food was delicious so central to everything don't need a car you can literally just walk everywhere, will highly recommend the Novotel hotel and be staying here for future holidays

Great place to stay while exploring surfers paradise, very central with paradise centre right next door. Rooms are updated and clean, Check inn was fast and friendly. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Definately my favorite hotel to stay inn, when travelling to surfers.

The Concierge is a credit to the hotel. Very helpful, very pleasant and friendly and professional.

room service was amazing, our beds where made every day, fresh clean towels.

Amazing!

The standout features were undoubtedly the breakfast and the location. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The location couldn't have been better; it was conveniently situated near all the major attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
However, I found the room to be a bit lacking. While it was clean and comfortable, it needed some improvement in terms of decor and space. Additionally, the room felt a bit cramped, especially if you were traveling with a lot of luggage.
Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, only when we waled to the front desk but no one picked up the phine whenever we tried. which helped to mitigate some of the room's shortcomings. Overall, if you prioritize location and a great breakfast, this hotel is worth considering, but be prepared for room decor and space that might not meet your expectations.
