Eagles’ Rest Weddings is a 25-acre country estate that is highlighted by a wedding gazebo, a rustic barn, and a two bedroom cottage. The estate also features antique vehicles, a wishing well, water wheel, lagoons, and gardens. Wedding celebrations take place in several spaces.
Hamiltons Oyster, a restaurant overlooking Wallis Lake in Tuncurry, specialises in oysters that are fresh from the restaurant’s farm on the lake. Wedding ceremonies take place on the outdoor deck which can be accessed by private boat for a unique bridal entrance.
Mumm’s on the Myall is located on the riverfront in Tea Gardens. The restaurant, owned by a fifth generation fisherman, specialises in fresh local seafood. Wedding receptions are hosted in the restaurant which includes a deck that overlooks Myall River.
Opal Cove Resort, located in Coffs Harbour, features Horizons Restaurant and a beauty and day spa. Wedding ceremonies take place next to the lagoon and on the terrace. Receptions are held in the Ballroom and the Opals Room, which offers views of the ocean and Solitary Islands.
Pacific Palms Recreation Club is situated on the shores of Wallis Lake at Pacific Palms. The club offers several indoor and outdoor function areas. There are two bars within the club, including a sports bar.
Tea Gardens Boatshed is a restaurant that sets along the Myall River. The weatherboard space, complete with enclosed deck, is the site of wedding receptions. The venue offers a diverse menu as well as kayak and runabout rental.
Waters Edge Port Macquarie is located on the banks of the Hastings River. Onsite facilities available for wedding receptions include On the Edge restaurant and bar and second floor function rooms and bar areas. Hotel accommodation is available.
