Very nice place, close proximity to mt Buller

A wonderful time to visit in summer, even though this is mostly a winter resort, just below Mt Buller. King parrots and kangaroos on your doorstep most evenings. Played the 18 hole Mini golf course a few times, and it was really great fun. A good restaurant, and overall a wonderful relaxing week.

The resort is beautiful - our chalet is amazing!! The view and grounds are incredible!! Every single staff member outdoors, house keeping. reception and restaurant/lounge are very friendly and helpful. Internet in the chalets would be advantageous - two of us had to work that week also from the apartment. Special thanks to Anthony, Hunter, James and Brad. We will be back!

Weve just had a lovely week at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort.
We are AVC members and we were very warmly welcomed. The staff were all amazing, helpful and knowledgable. The surroundings were beautiful with the kangaroos, ducks, birds in their natural habitat. The meals in the Peaks restaurant were well presented.
We would definitely consider going there again.

The resort is incredibly family friendly, with plenty of activities and amenities to keep everyone entertained and comfortable.

One of the highlights of our stay was the food at the resort's restaurant. We had the pleasure of dining on pasta night, and the meal was simply outstanding. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the flavors were incredible. It was as good as any fine dining restaurant in the Melbourne CBD. The attention to detail and quality of the food was truly exceptional, making our dining experience unforgettable.

Overall, the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort is a must-visit for families who want to escape to the beautiful Australian countryside and experience the best of what this wonderful country has to offer. With stunning views, amazing food, and unparalleled hospitality, this resort truly exceeds expectations.

We are AVC members so Ive been up here quite a few times. All seasons, we always enjoy our time here. Mini golf, great pool, kids play area, lake, ski hire, table tennis.. the rooms are clean and tidy. Staff always knowledgeable and helpful. Great team and vibe up there at the moment.

Such a beautiful stay! Rooms were in perfect condition and staff were super accommodating. Location was awesome as the drive to Mount Buller was only roughy 20-30 mins.

Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday with a swimming pool, tennis court, mini golf, canoes, outdoor barbecue area, and places to walk and enjoy the wildlife. Also close to Mt Buller for skiing in the winter and walking in the summer. Also has a great restaurant, games room and gym. We have stayed here quite a few times now.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Cannot fault it. The staff are lovely and always so willing to help me if I have any questions. The rooms are also stunning.

This property is a bit of a gem. The grounds are just beautiful and it's an ideal place to stay if you're heading up to Buller.

We had a week at the resort with friends in the middle of spring and enjoyed every minute.
All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the facilities are great - whatever you want to do, there is something for everyone.
Coffee or drinks on the main complex balcony overlooking the hills is brilliant

The Food was Spectacular

We have just enjoyed 4 nights at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley. The accomodation and facilities at this property are lovely and very well maintained and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There is lots to do in the area, especially if you love nature and walking / hiking.

Went there for a wedding well this place was great, we stayed overnight, the rooms were great, the staff were just fantastic, and the reception, setting, and the food was great. What a day and evening just fantastic, the cost of the room,one bedroom apartment for two people not to bad and included breakfast.

Absolutely stunning location. The staff were fantastic, breakfast was delicious. We loves the variety of activities available on site and enjoyed some mini golf and fishing.

Fantastic experience, stayed in end of November. Was amazing food, breakfast and dinner there, every course of dinner was amazing. Played golf with the kids, took them fishing, kayaking, saw some family of deer and kangaroos, really picturesque place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable, accommodation clean and very nice. Cant recommend it enough.

Our stay at the Seb Pinnacle was just the ticket after returning from a 7-day high country ride.
Our chalet was beautiful and we loved having choice in the guest activities. We enjoyed the sauna and spa and our dinner at the restaurant was delicious too.
The wildlife - kangaroos, deer and cockatoos - were all happy to be on the property too.

The staff was good and very attentive the General Manager was great he organised a cake for my husbands birthday which was an extra special touch. Thank you for going the extra mile. All in one family holiday spot in the heart of the Victorian high country. The Sebel Pinnacle Valley was full of super friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is based in beautiful surroundings and is well appointed with a pool, tennis courts, mini golf course, canoeing, volleyball, gym, spa and games room. The two bed room chalet was well furnished with modern amenities and even came with board games in the chalet - we took advantage of these when the weather turned against us but otherwise we spent plenty of time at the pool, playing tennis and mini golf. The chalet was super clean and in very good condition. Although the upstairs loft bedroom got a little warm during the evenings it cooled down pretty quickly. The air conditioning worked a treat downstairs which was comfortable and spacious. There was reasonable internet via wifi in the chalet which was unexpected being so far out from the main town of Mansfield which is a short drive away and provides plenty of other family friendly places to visit and eat at. The Sebel staff are what made the place great and we come away with great memories of a fun holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at resort. It had a lot of things for kids to do and place itself is so beautiful. Perfect place for walking and enjoying close to nature. Service was amazing. 2 bedrooms chalet was well equipped and clean. My two kids had an absolute ball for 3 days. Would come back for sure.

The Sebel Pinnacle Resort at Merrijig is the best Accor property we've been to, in ten years. The minute you walk into reception you are certainly made to feel welcome. On our confirmation booking we were asked if we'd like to dine at The Peaks Restaurant for dinner the day we arrived. It was explained to us about the Spanish chef cooking Pintxos & Paella in the restaurant and explaining his cooking method and their life style. Well it certainly didn't disappoint us. It was very interesting to listen and learn their culture. The menu included "Red Wine Sangria" and for a person who doesn't drink alcohol, wow, it won me. Thank you Victoria for your version of the Sangria. It was absolutely a delicious drink!!
We had a one bedroom apartment with King bed, convection microwave, oven, Induction cooktop, washing machine and dryer. The unit was extremely clean and quite spacious.
There's plenty to see area the area, including Whitfield ( great pub meal), Jamieson, a nice quiet little township and of course the drive to Mt Buller.
There's no doubt that the staff, no matter who they were, just made you feel welcome. It certainly was a great atmosphere within the organisation.

Great location, chalet, staff and food

This resort is stunning. From the modern chalet architecture and style, to the plethora of activities. The setting and surrounds are unmatched. True beauty, I cannot fault. The highlight for us was waking up and having kangaroos visiting outside the windows and roaming freely, happily and safely throughout the resort. A true cohabitation with nature.
The small touches from staff just put the experience over the top. I never give 10s, but if I did, this place would get it. Thank you Sebel Pinnacle. We'll be making this a regular destination.

Fantastic service, great rooms and an amazing weekend away

A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Peaceful and set in a picturesque location. The little attention to detail such as the welcoming sweets in the fridge. There are a lot of wonderful places to see and explore, you just need to look out the window to see a mob of kangaroos on the hill. One word of advice, if you want to eat on the balcony, DON'T feed the cockatoos!

the resort is located in a natural, beautiful and peaceful place, like a park; meanwhile the spa, sauna, swimming pool and mini golf are available for the fun and relax; the chalet features with full kitchen which is helpful for family stay; greeting card, welcome deserts and drink are available, made us feel welcomed. friendly and helpful staff are always available especially Max, who is the maintenance manager also the fishing expert, he seems knows everything about the resort. My parents really love the environment so we extended our stay. A really good choice if you love the quiet countryside lifestyle, will come back again.

Sebel Pinnacle Valley is located in a stunning spot - surrounded by mountains and bushland. One feels relaxed the minute one drives in. We relaxed, strolled, visited the kangaroos who graze nearby, swam in the gorgeous pool, played table tennis, had two delicious dinners at the Peak restaurant, and really enjoyed the playlist of recorded music! The staff are all friendly and helpful and overall there is a beautiful ambience to the whole place. A great two-day escape.

I stayed here with a group of Breast Cancer survivors. The resort was above and beyond my expectations. Food, accomodation, staff were all amazing. We felt like spoilt VIPs. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for your care. You were awesome.

This is our 13th visit. We love the place. Staff are wonderful, very friendly. Food is magnificent. Lovely place to just relax. Watching the wildlife of an evening is great.

As per usual the room and resort were looking great. Check in very easy, and my horses were welcome to stay at the stables. I really appreciate this.

We stayed for 2 days & nights in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable & well appointed.

This is the second time I have stayed here. There are a huge range of facilities available on site such as bikes, fishing rods, canoes, mini golf, tennis, pool, spa, quiet, scenic gym, indoor games like pool, arcade games, etc. If that isnt an interest, just a scenic walk especially on sunrise or sunset is enough to take you to an inspired level! The native animals such as kangaroos, parrots, deer, etc.. are charming, alongside the extra effort staff go to to treat their guests. On Easter Sunday there was a Leaf at our door with Easter eggs. On arrival a lovely food treat to Welcome us here. A small car trip to Mt Bulla, Mansfield with attractions such as the zoo, maze etc.. We stayed for 4 nights @ the Sebel PVR and had a fantastic stay. Shout out to the lovely and warm staff - McKenzie, Charlotte, Katie, and James (at the ski shop) who made our stay very memorable. we stayed at the villa 2bedrooms for a night.. very cozy and comfy..luxury and quiet..we got mini cakes too from them..thank you so much..

We stayed 2 nights to go up to the snow. Arrived evening on Friday and had a lovely wine in front of the fire then great dinner. Next day arranged our ski gear and chains there at the hotel and was super easy. That night we had dinner there again and it was great. Breakfast on Sunday was great and we sat outside on the deck and had coffee and enjoyed the wonderful view. Big call out to all the staff who were absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive and just plan wonderful. Genuinely some of the best people in hospitality I've ever experienced and we've traveled a lot.

We were happy to receive our complimentary drinks upon arrival. At a particularly cold time of the year the accommodation was comfortable and warm. The staff are polite and helpful, with local knowledge to make the most of the natural beauty of the area and nearby winter recreational activities.

Delightful 2 bedroom loft chalet. Picturesque views from longe and balcony towards the swimming pool. Comfortable beds and couch. Drying room and two sources of heating (central and gas fireplace). Well catered kitchen and dining.

Great place to stay in chalet with family. Separate building if you decide you want a smaller room. The putt putt golf course onsite was so much fun! There is also an onsite ski hire shop. Restaurant onsite is open breakfast and dinner. Games room downstairs under reception which kids love especially teenagers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort & can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm & friendly service that continued throughout our entire stay.

The resort's facilities & grounds were excellent. The restaurant served meals of a high quality, making every dining experience enjoyable - including breakfast. The service was impeccable, with staff always attentive & eager to assist with any requests.

The rooms were exceptionally clean & well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to relax in. The attention to detail in every aspect of the resort made our stay truly memorable.

It's very good

What an amazing 7 nights. The chalet was gorgeous, staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. Enjoyed every bit. The kids loved the wildlife around and the king parrots on the verandah. Very well maintained hotel and gorgeous surroundings well kept!!! Can not wait to come back again soon.

Enjoyed the quietness at Sebel. We had a 2br chalet for our family of 5 (which included 2 adult children and 1 teen). The girls and I loved the 2 indoor spas and sauna at the end of each day. Great location close to Mount Buller for our first snow trip. And Mansfield was lovely for a day out with lunch at the pub. Restaurant a bit hard to contact after 5pm to see what they are serving and because of this ended up going for dinner less than planned but the room is self catering. The night we did go was really good though. Gym was great. Can see wild deer around and lots of bird life.

We had a lovely stay caught bus up to Mt Buller each day. Very easy and staff friendly. Bonus it snowed on our first day.

Hands down, some of the best food I've had

THIS WAS OUR SECOND TRIP DOWN TO PINNACLE VALLEY NOW AND WE LOVE IT, THE GROUNDS ARE WELL KEPT, THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND THE ROOMS ARE FANTASTIC AND HUGE.

Just a wonderful experience. Everyone was super welcoming and lovely. The food was amazing. The garlic bread and eye fillet in particular.
The room was super comfortable and the wooden coasters and chocolates just topped it all off. Cleanliness of bathroom was second to none. I have absolutely no bad words to say.

Originally from the area we already knew the perfection of the area but the Sebel and staff made our Wedding the best, the whole experience was faultless.

We had our wedding at the Sebel in October and it couldnt have been more perfect!!
Right from the beginning we felt valued at the Sebel, everybody was very accommodating and nothing seemed a hassle!! Nicolette was so incredibly helpful in planning our wedding, distance not being an issue with the constant communication from start to finish. The venue was always presented beautifully when we visited! On our wedding weekend the venue was stunning!! The rooms were beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Our reception room was put together by the Sebel beautifully with us only having to add our own little details. The wedding morning was made much less stressful knowing Nicolette was making sure everything was how it needed to be!! The food absolutely incredible!! Had so so many compliments from our guests on this!
I couldnt recommend a wedding at the Sebel higher, our was so magical and completely enjoyable in every way by both Roy and I, but also all of our guest!
