Stunning location and beautiful venue!
We stayed for 5 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment with plunge pool and it was HEAVEN. Beautiful rooms, great facilities and overall just stunning. The big pool in the middle of the resort was fun to swim around and we loved the swim up bar. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Enjoyed an amazing 7 night stay in a two bedroom apartment with my Adventure All Stars team. Loved the generous size, luxurious rooms & the massive pool was beautiful!!! Amazing from start to end. Greeted by happy staff at reception, glass of bubbles while we checked in.
Room was spacious, well appointed and a comfortable bed. The jacuzzi and BBQ on the roof was perfect to relax in private. Great location just out of the main area, beach access to an almost empty beach. We didn't want to leave!

Where to begin! My husband and I were married here in May 2023
- the wedding went perfectly and Laura and Michela from the events team were beyond amazing. They helped me with all the planning and liaised with vendors so often it really took the pressure off me trying to organise everything from a different state.
- we were married on the boardwalk out near the beach. Stunning location. We looked at many venues for our wedding but this was the by far our favourite.
- the FOOD! something people always remember at weddings, the feedback from our guests was that the wedding food selection which was alternate drop, was some of the best food they have ever had a wedding.
- set up and pack down, we literally didn't have to lift a finger! We just got to enjoy the day and night.
- breakfast for our guests staying at the hotel was always delicious, especially the omelettes.
- The level of service from the staff was always fantastic, theyre helpful and pleasant on all instances of interaction. Even during the cocktail hour staff were running around serving room and drinks you didnt have to try and hunt anyone down.
- although the rooms are looking a bit tired and old, we still believe it is one of the best presented hotels in Port Douglas.
- again, I have to mention Laura and Michela by name! If you want to get married in PD definitely get in contact with them. They were patient with me through my stressful moments as a bride! Laura even climbed under a boardwalk over a creek to get my stiletto heel protector which had fallen through. Now that is service!

Visited this hotel in July 2023 with friends for a relaxing spa day out and boy this is exactly what we got. Pascale was simply amazing and made my first ever spa treatment so fabulous that I think Im now hooked. I felt genuinely wonderful after my experience and later enjoyed the facilities at the hotel including a fabulous luncheon in the bar complete with some entertainment (singer).

We were staying elsewhere but was quite envious of the guests who were staying as it looked superb. Maybe next time?

We stayed here through the private accommodation. We loved the resort and spent most of our time by the pool. The staff were so lovely, the spa was incredible and we really enjoyed the breakfast/food we had. If we came back, we would book a swim out room through the actual resort. Although the resort is quite a while away from town, we just used the private shuttle company SR coaches which was very convenient. Highly recommend

My review is based on the amazing customer service by the reception staff, especially Leanne.
I called from interstate to have a hamper and day spa voucher delivered to a family member for their birthday. The staff there were extremely helpful and willing to assist.

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 day stay at Sea Temple. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff were lovely. Our room had lovely decor, was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Although a little out of town, the local shuttle bus service was great so getting around Port Douglas was easy. We would love to come back soon.

We absolutely loved our time here. It was the perfect place to base ourselves for our first ever family holiday in Port Douglas. It was located close to many wonderful attractions, too many for us to visit in one week - so we will have to come back! It was always so nice coming back to relax in and by the spectacular pool after heading out to explore. A big thank you to Jazmin who provided amazing service & delicious drinks and cocktails at the poolside bar during our stay. We would highly recommend this resort!

We had a wonderful long weekend escape from winter. The resort is beautiful, we had a lovely room overlooking the incredible pool and gardens.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful, a big thanks to Jazmin who looked after us at the pool bar every day. She was personable and fun, a real hospitality superstar. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

We came here for a dinner at the restaurant, we had excellent service and the waiter Alvaro, was going out of his way to make our experience the most memorable. The quality of the food was outstanding and the taste was impeccable ! Very much recommend and we had a lovely visit! (Also recommend getting the beef carpaccio)

Alvaro the waiter was amazing! I have never met a more attentive, polite, and helpful waiter. He made sure all our dietary requirements were met, and the meal was fabulous! Thank you.

My now husband and I were married at the Pullman Port Douglas last Thursday and it was way better than what we could have ever imagined! Our ceremony was held on the beach followed by our reception on the Lagoon View Terrace and the after party in the Temple Room. The amazing Conference and Events team (Laura, Sarah, Michela) went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect! I cannot thank them enough, from coming to check on us at arrival, to giving us a big hug on the day of our wedding, these lovely ladies made the planning process and days leading up so easy! Our room was fabulous! The ceremony was beautiful and our reception looked amazing! The food at our reception was amazing and had many of our guests commenting that its the best food theyve ever had at a wedding. If youre planning a wedding and are after a team that will go above and beyond and make your planning process so easy, I encourage you to give the lovely Conference and Events team a call! You wont regret it!

Stayed with may wife and 4 kids in a 3 bedroom villa. Very expensive for us, but we decided to spoil ourselves...

Villa was huge! Clean and tidy, had everything we needed, plunge pool was bigger than we thought too and we could go to sleep to the sounds of rolling waves from the beautiful nearby beach.

Buffet was delicious, lagoon pool was amazing, and our 5 year olds enjoyed a swim in the shallow end or the shaded kids pool. Pool bar offered some good options for fussy our eaters with chips burgers and battered fish, while their restaurant was more suited for adults only.

Will definely stay here again if we can find a cheaper package.

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing week here and didnt want to leave. The resort is absolutely stunning with the lagoon a major highlight. The staff are all amazing but I have to give a shout out to Barbara at reception who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was so friendly and lovely. Sarah the manager was also great at quickly sorting out a couple of minor issues. We made good use of the poolside bar every day and the staff there were great. The resort restaurant, Aluco had a great range of delicious food and drinks and service was 5 star. The staff were all amazing and we enjoyed chatting and hearing their stories. Our faves were Alvaro and the Irish lady whose name we didnt catch (absolute legends). The room was spacious and comfortable and housekeeping was great. The pool view rooms were booked out so we stayed in a golf view penthouse with our own rooftop jacuzzi. I am so glad we did because it was more private and away from the noise of the pool. The resort is an easy ten minute drive from beautiful Port Douglas and the resort offers a fantastic shuttle service for those who dont have a car or want to enjoy a few drinks. The on-site day spa offers a good range of services. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we have lifelong memories and hope to visit again soon.

My wife and I had our wedding reception at the Pullman in September. We stayed 5 nights in the penthouse apartment.

Rooms were immaculate and well equipped. Our wedding venue (lagoon view terrace) was amazing!

We had our wedding at the Pullman recently and wanted to share a HUGE thank you to everyone who was involved with making our day so special! It was the perfect venue, with our guests making the most of the restaurants, rooms and facilities available at Sea Temple. We had so much praise from all our guests. We also wanted to share a massive thanks to the event coordinator teams. The girls were fantastic in planning our big day from the moment we reached out to them. If anyone is contemplating a Cairns/Port Douglas wedding I'd recommend the Pullman Port Douglas!

Claudia from front office provided amazing customer service and personalised hospitality, offering to do the checkin process in Italian. Very happy with the room upgrade as well, exceeded my expectations - much more spacious, luxurious and well equipped compared to the Sheraton, such a good value overall. Pool and pool area could be cleaned more thoroughly and illuminated at night time.

This is a beautiful resort we had a one bedroom over looking the pool .. great breakfast.. a little out of town. There is a Shuttle bus that picks you up and takes you to town .. easy and efficient..

We stayed 11 days in this beautiful resort and enjoyed every moment. This is just as much a perfect getaway for either couples or families.
All resort staff were fantastic, a special shout out though to the following who went out of their way: Robin, Leana, Matthew, Alvaro and all the chefs.

My daughter's wedding was on the beach and reception on the boardwalk, everything was absolutely magical, the staff made sure we were all well looked after, highly recommended. Our stay at the Pullman was perfect I would definitely stay there again.

I recently had my wedding at the Pullman Sea Temple in Port Douglas and WOW was it magical. From the start of the planning process, Laura, Michela and the whole events team were so easy to communicate with, always only a phone call or email away, willing to answer my questions and provide suggestions. When we arrived at the resort a complimentary bottle of prosecco and fruit platter was found in our room fridge, accompanying a lovely letter from Laura and Michela. On the day of the wedding everything flowed so smoothly, from being picked up in a buggy to be transported down to the ceremony location on the beach, to the set up of the ceremony and reception, to the service at the reception that was exceptional (no one ever had an empty glass). I didn't have to worry or think about a thing on the wedding day, the staff took care of it all. All the guests were raving about how delicious the food at the reception was, because I wasn't to hungry on the day (wedding gitters) they offered to take what I hadn't eaten back to the room for me to eat later that night, amazing! I would highly recommend the sunrise boardwalk for reception, it was an absolutely stunning location, felt like we were in a fairy tale. You can see and hear the ocean from the boardwalk whilst eating dinner, as night comes fairy lights light the board walk and path back to the resort, spectacular, it just kept getting better and better. After reception we had the after party in the temple room, another amazing location, I would highly recommended as this is when the party truely starts on the dance floor. I would like to say a huge thank-you to Laura, Michela and all the staff at Pullman Sea Temple. Everyone made us feel and our stay so special. Positives: very good service. They care about a good experience and they are quick to act on requests. The villas are beautiful clean and the air conditioning is powerful enough to really cool down every section.

The hotel can work on improving the breakfast. The food quality for breakfast is not great. Perhaps reducing the buffet to menu items to improve quality can be an option. Dinner and lunch quality is very good though and service again is amazing

What a fantastic resort. It was our 1st time in Port Douglas and we could not be happier.
We stayed 7 days on room 121 (2beds 2 baths, swimming pool, bbq area) a true pleasant experience.

The staff is incredibly welcoming, from house keeping that was always happy to come back later if needed, to the pool bar staff who were amazing to deal with.

We were lucky to receive a late check out (12pm) which helps a lot with the kids to enjoy every minute before departure.

Id highly recommend this resort and cant wait to return in the near future.

Wonderful dinner. First time here and very impressed with the ambiance and tropical poolside setting. Staff were amazing, warm and friendly. 2 of us ordered the whole fish for two and were blown away by the amazing table side filleting. Not something you see in restaurants these days. Dont usually go for dessert but glad we did. Will be recommending to friends when they visit port Douglas. Thank you for a great evening.

The Pullman Sea Temple Port Douglas is a fantastic resot with great staff. All aspects of our experience here were positive. We loved the room, the pool area and the buffet breakfast.

I my self havnt stayed there but all my pick ups rave about the place and it is stunning

Special children's menus can be arranged for the little ones. Sea Temple Resort & Spa Port Douglas is a 2-minute drive from the Sea Temple Golf & Country Club. The property is located 50 km from Cairns Airport.
The only thing to note is if you want something quiet this place is not for you.Other than that it's amazing !

On our arrival we experienced a warm welcome by Gina with a refreshment. We could not ask for a better service.Gina was so helpful and welcoming showing us some activities and suggestions for outings.
Then in morning we arrived at breakfast the service was out standing our stay hear is so magnificent rooms are spacious and very clean this resort is highly recommended

Everyone treated us in a caring, compassionate and friendly manner from the moment we arrived.

We had a wonderful time at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort we loved the treatment and the very welcoming nature from everyone working there. We would definitely go back!

A great spot for a relaxing lunch away from the hassle and bussle of the main street of Port Douglas.

I booked my stay through luxury escapes, thinking that I had booked a room with the Sea Temple Resort. This was not the case. My booking went through a private company called Private Escapes. This meant that we had to pay for everything straight away and couldnt put it on an account. If there were any issues, we couldnt go to the staff at the resort, we had to go via Private Escapes. We had no issues at all and our contact at Private Escapes was in contact with us. Our apartment 174 was a 2 bedroom swim up. The apartment was beautiful and clean, modern and the beds were so comfortable.
The bathrooms were clean, and Im one of those people who gets the icky feeling in hotel bathrooms, I did not feel like this at all. We had an amazing section of the pool which wasnt far from the main pool/bar, but was also in a very quiet part. I could not fault anything at this resort. For me, it has set the bar and the only place I will ever stay in PD will be the sea temple. Ill also want to book apartment 174 again knowing that it is looked after and managed very well.

With the exception of my lunch by the pool where I waiting nearly an hour for my food which was carefully planned as I had a massage in the afternoon my stay was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful, the accommodation was spacious and well thought out, the food was good, the huge lagoon style pool meant you could swim in peace if you wanted to, I loved the golf buggy service as we were on the far side . The spa was very good. Location wise plenty of shuttle taxis (paying) to take you into town.

Great location next to a splendid beach and very good restaurant on site. Apartment was well equipped and good size.

Was a grand finale to our trip to qld with our 3 kids 13/10/2, and what a beautiful place to visit. The main pool was beautiful, the breakfast yummy and the private plunge pool perfect for us to swim in after every activity we did with privacy. Wish we stayed longer!!

Enjoyed my stay at Sea Temple. The resort was pretty and staff great. I had a minor issue that Marie and Joe were very responsive to. Great customer service. The resort could use a small upgrade here or there. But otherwise still lovely.

A lovely experience of my time here. The reception staff, particularly Gina, Jon and Eufedia, were always available to assist when needed given my level of disability. My studio apartment was clean. The bed, the most important part of the room, was comfortable. There is access to the boardwalk and beach, walking distance, which enables you to enjoy the spectacular view of the coastline.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Temple! Amazing location that is so close to the beach. The pool and restaurant were lovely and the villa we stayed in was wow! We were all blown away with how nice it was. The staff and service were impeccable and we felt very looked after! Would definitely stay again!

The rooms have been beautifully updated and I cannot fault the service. The location is a bit out of town but that suited me and there was a shuttle available to and from whenever we needed.

The hotel itself is wonderful, with comfortable rooms and great amenities, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by one of the waitresses Clara. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was perfect. Her warm demeanor and professionalism truly stood out, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I can recommend this hotel enough, especially because of the superb service. I had the pleasure of visiting Aluco Restaurant for lunch, and it was an amazing experience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the cocktail menu. Each drink was a testament to the creativity and skill of the bartender. From innovative flavor combinations to stunning presentations, the cocktails added a sophisticated touch to our lunch.
Adding to the exceptional experience was Natalia. Her service was nothing short of outstanding. She was incredibly attentive, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of our meal was taken care of.

I recently had lunch at Pullman, and it was a fantastic experience. The Amaretto Sour was a standoutexpertly made with just the right balance of sweetness and a smooth finish. Clearly, the bartenders know their stuff.

What truly made the meal memorable was Natalias exceptional service. She was incredibly warm.

We really enjoyed the dining experience.

Staff did an amazing job to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and we had one of the best omelettes we can remember. If you have a car, its worth staying here

My wife, Hilda and I spent six days in Pullman Resort and Spa Port Douglas.
From arrival to departure we enjoyed very pleasant hospitality from a United Nations of Staff.
The staff in the dinning area we would like to highlight, namely,
Mariread, Ryan, Caitriona, Natalia (AKA Anna), Niam and a Lass from Porto Rico. They were extremely engaging, hospitable and efficient. In short they were the making of our holiday always smiling and bright.
We were guests last year at the Pullman Resort and Spa in Port Douglas and this year was equally as enjoyable.
Two trips that we would rate 5 Star.

First time visiting Port Douglas. Wow. What a fantastic place to stay!! We were warmly welcomed the minute we arrived. Was about a 10 minute drive from the main shops in Port Douglas. The staff were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable regarding recommending places to see and do and to eat in the local area.
The room was modern and clean with a fantastic view of the resort and lagoon. The swimming lagoon runs around the entire resort with areas suitable for toddlers/young kids. Easy access to the beach as well. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at the Sea Temple. We love the spacious room and our own private pool. The big pool is also a big hit with our son, and we absolutely love having cocktails poolside. The breakfast buffet is always hot, clean and well presented. Minimal staff on duty though, and after asking 3 different employees, we still couldn't get a refill/fresh banana smoothy as the one on the buffet had a fly floating in it.

Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort was spectacular! The rooms were large & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The setting & ambiance were beyond compare! Gina, Joe, & Usman were extremely helpful! I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone coming to this area!

Fantastic rooms, staff, and help on the area for newbies like us. Kids found new friends and had a blast. Restaurants are magnificent for all meals, and the pool areas are perfect.
Don't let the sun fool you, slip, slop, slap. The lobster look isn't fetching and happens in no time flat.

Enjoyed stay for 3nights here. I stayed in beautiful two bedroom apartment. Staffs here are very friendly.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for my kids and their partners, and a 1 bedroom for my b wife and I. We were very pleased to receive an upgrade to 2 x 3 bedroom units.
These units were fantastic. Quiet, private - very well appointed and extremely comfortable.

What a fabulous Holliday - if only we could have stayed longer!! Nicole C

Book through Pullman, or Accor.
If you book through any other agency then you're not a Pullman client and when your TV goes on the blink there is no point talking to reception about it.
You would need to ring your agent and talk to him about it.
And good luck with that.
So, book directly through Pullman, and reception is there to assist with all manner of stuff.

Unbelievable stay! Nothing was too hard for staff, everyone was very friendly. The lagoon pool was great, our kids didnt want to leave! We will certainly be back soon.

The property and facilities were terrific and the room was all equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay. We were really impressed with all the sustainability measures in place also. We hope to be back again soon.

Javier was delightful from start to finish at the restaurant. Polite, recommended dishes to try and greeted with a beautiful smile. He even chased us down to make sure we got the members discount added to the account after noticing it wasnt applied. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience and for taking the time to snap a family photo for us at the end of the evening.

Shout out to all the staff that made our stay special. Molly, Daniella, Gina, Barbara always so accommodating.

Excellent place for a get away.

Spent a week hear in the roof top spa room, such a great place to relax, having a BBQ on the roof was great and the spa was very well received. Very room for 2 Adults and 1 child. Pool is huge and nice restaurant overlooking the pool.

We had such a beautiful stay, the perfect weekend getaway. The staff were really professional, especially Maria who checked us in seamlessly.

Good value, well appointed and comfortable rooms.
