With our On The Day Coordination package, we arrange a meeting 3-4 weeks before your wedding to discuss all the details. We'll handle everything from creating run sheets and floor plans to reaching out to your suppliers and making any last-minute adjustments or suggestions. On your big day, we'll be there for 8-12 hours, ready to sprinkle some wedding magic while wearing our biggest smiles! With years of experience under our belt, we know what it takes to make an event truly memorable. Our Event Staff are on hand to serve food and drinks, maintain tidy restrooms, clear glasses from the dance floor, and assist guests as they move between locations. ***NOTE: If you reach out to us, make sure to check your junk email folder within 48 hours.
