Mimosa Duo is a talented guitar and violin pair hailing from Sydney, bringing a touch of international flair to every performance. The duo consists of Phoebe O'Shea and Morgan Haselden, who first crossed paths while pursuing their scholarships at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in the early 2000s. It wasn't until they completed their Bachelor of Music degrees in 2009 that the Mimosa Duo officially came to life.

As they embarked on their musical journey, Phoebe and Morgan started performing together, initially at a leisurely pace. However, their passion for music quickly evolved, leading them to take on a diverse range of events every week, almost exclusively as a duo. Their joy in collaboration shines through their performances. With a classical music background, Mimosa began curating a growing repertoire filled with their own arrangements of classical pieces. Yet, over time, they craved more variety and now embrace a wide array of musical styles.

One of the standout genres in their setlist is the enchanting gypsy jazz made famous by Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli, which has found a permanent home in their hearts and performances. Mimosa Duo has had the privilege of performing both internationally and across Australia, with a particular fondness for weddings.
