During your initial consultation, Mel will dive into your ideas, inspirations, and personal style to create the first sketches of your gown, incorporating your specified design elements. Once the sketches are finalized, she'll assist you in selecting the ideal fabric to bring your vision to life. Your couture journey continues as your gown evolves through pattern construction and toile, along with several personalized fittings. Finally, it's time for the finishing touches with embellishments and meticulous hand stitching, culminating in the reveal of your exquisite gown--translating that initial sketch into a stunning creation tailored just for you.
Custom Tailoring
Mel recognizes that couture isn't the right fit for every bride, but she believes that every bride deserves a gown that fits flawlessly--not just in size but in style and personality as well. To ensure every bride feels her best on her big day, Mel Rose Couture offers a bespoke alterations and tailoring service.
