Matt embarked on his culinary journey in the vibrant cafes of Salamanca, later heading to Perth, WA, where he honed his skills at the renowned Attivo restaurant, immersing himself in the rich traditions of Italian cooking. His extensive travels across Italy deepened his appreciation for the cuisine and culture. Upon returning to Tasmania, he launched Moresco restaurant at Binalong Bay. Now settled in Hobart, Matt leverages over a decade of experience to deliver exceptional dishes right to you through Mossa Cucina, the mobile kitchen.
