I am dedicated to creating a distinctive experience for every special occasion you host. Additionally, I can assist with any staffing needs and equipment rentals you may require. My background in hospitality has been centered around fine-dining establishments across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. As the Head Chef at the renowned Auge Restaurant in Adelaide, I led the team to win consecutive Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for Excellence as Best Restaurant in both 2006 and 2007. More recently, I contributed to the achievement of The Lane Vineyards, which was honored as Best New Restaurant in the 2008 Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for Excellence.
