Hello! We're Alex and Megan Waters, the proud husband-and-wife duo behind Mouth Waters Catering. With a combined 55 years of experience in the catering scene, we bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every event. Our culinary journey began with formal training in Hobart, leading us to work in some of Sydney's finest establishments, including Neil Perry's renowned 'Rockpool' and Paul Merrony's 'Merrony's'. We also had the pleasure of serving as Chef and Front of House Manager at The Barking Frog and Le Kiosk on the beautiful Manly Beach in NSW.
In early 2007, we embarked on a journey to fulfill our dream by launching Mouth Waters Cafe and Catering, inspired by our personal aspirations and the support of our wonderful community. Since then, we have cultivated a loyal customer base and expanded our services to include office deliveries throughout Hobart.
