From a young age, I discovered my love for baking by whipping up delightful desserts for my family. My journey led me into the hospitality industry, where I honed my craft even further. During my time at Humming Bird Cafe in the UK, I had the privilege of creating cakes for stars like Mick Jagger, Stella McCartney, and Adele. After several rewarding years, I returned to Australia and established Sweet Obsessions. I take pride in crafting a variety of cakes tailored to meet diverse needs and dietary preferences, including dairy-free, egg-free, and raw vegan options.
