Drawing inspiration from my Mama's cherished recipes and a deep appreciation for the incredible produce Australia has to offer, I took a bold step and opened my own cakery, Every Last Crumb, in July 2016. After facing challenges in finding cakes and treats that lived up to my standards for flavor, decoration, and quality ingredients for my friends and neighbors, I realized there was an opportunity I was eager to seize.
So, what makes Every Last Crumb Cakery truly special? At its core... it's all about taste. I am devoted to crafting delicious, wholesome cakes right from my kitchen, infusing each creation with love. From scratch cooking is my passion, and I prioritize using local, minimally processed whole foods. I'm also on a constant quest to experiment with new ingredients, often swapping out traditional flour for almond or hazelnut meal to whip up gluten-free, low-sugar cakes that are bursting with flavor!
