Congratulations on your engagement, and welcome! I'm Sam, a Marriage Celebrant and MC located in Melbourne, but I'm more than happy to travel anywhere from the Yarra Valley to the Mornington Peninsula and beyond! Weddings are my passion, and when they're done right, they're the most enjoyable events imaginable--trust me, I've seen a lot of them! I approach my role as both a spectator and a professional (this is what I do full time!).

1. **Modern:** We've all endured those lengthy, traditional ceremonies that feel like they last forever, right? I focus on crafting modern, lively, and entertaining ceremonies. If you're looking for a ceremony reminiscent of Pope Francis, I might not be the right fit for you.
2. **Funny:** Just like life, weddings should include a sprinkle of humor. I want you and your guests to share some laughs during the ceremony. With my background in stand-up comedy and podcasting, I promise this won't turn into a roast or a collection of dad jokes--nothing could be worse! My role is to be your storyteller, getting to know both of you and weaving your unique tale as if we've been friends for ages.
3. **Memorable:** Most importantly, I don't want your guests to think about sneaking a glance at the footy scores. I strive to make your ceremony so engaging that they're completely absorbed--like a room full of meditating monks! Ultimately, my goal is to create the best ceremony possible for you.
