**The Initial Consultation**
Let's sit down and discuss your vision. This meeting will help us finalize your booking and get the paperwork underway.

**Legal Documentation**
I'll handle all the necessary legal paperwork, ensuring everything is compliant and ready for your big day.

**Crafting Your Ceremony**
I'll take your ideas and start crafting a ceremony that captures all the essential elements you want to include. We'll refine the drafts together until you're completely satisfied!

**The Rehearsal**
Included in my services is a rehearsal, which can be scheduled at a time and place that suits you. I recommend allowing about 2-3 hours for this.

**On the Big Day**
I'll arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everything is set up perfectly. After the ceremony, I'll confirm that all signatures are in order before wishing you both the best on your new journey together. I will also handle the submission of all marriage documentation to Births Deaths and Marriages within 14 days.

I will keep track of your registration process and notify you once it's complete. For an extra fee, I can also facilitate the request for your official marriage certificate during the documentation submission. This fee covers the certificate and postage at the time of your request.

**Official Marriage Certificate**
On your wedding day, you'll receive a commemorative marriage certificate. For legal name changes, government organizations require the official marriage certificate, which is obtained from BDM after your marriage is registered. I can assist with this process, and if I submit your application concurrently with your marriage registration, it can be expedited, saving you valuable time.
