We'll always try to alter it first. If something's significantly wrong due to a fitter's error, we'll remake it free of charge — though this doesn't extend to a change of mind. Refunds and cancellations otherwise follow ACCC guidelines for faulty garments.
No, once your order is placed at the first fitting, changes aren't possible.
Yes. Groups start with an initial consultation to nail down style and budget, followed by a first fitting to measure and lock in the whole party — grooms often go through their own fitting separately for extra 1:1 time, though they'll usually bring the groomsmen along too and make a day of it. There's no set group discount, though fitters may occasionally offer complimentary shirts for wedding parties. Mixed-location wedding parties are also supported.
No, consultations are held in person.

Orders over $5,000 require a 50% deposit at the first fitting, with the remaining 50% due at pick-up. Orders under $5,000 are paid in full at the first fitting.
